Repair and replacement inquiries

・We offer a 7-day warranty from the date of receipt of the product. (Umbrellas do not have a warranty.)
If there is an initial defect within the period, domestic customers will receive a replacement, and overseas customers will receive a separate product, so please contact us.

・We will make a decision regarding product exchanges after checking the condition of the product through photos. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please send us photos of the entire product and any damaged parts.

*Please note that we will not accept exchanges for products that cannot be determined to be defective.

*For items purchased in a physical store, please include a photo of the receipt. If you do not have a receipt, please let us know the name of the store where you made the purchase, as well as the approximate date and time.

Repairs are only available for products sold by our company.

- The repair period is approximately 3 months after we receive the item for repair.

・The shipping costs for the product to and from the destination (including customs duties for overseas customers) are the responsibility of the customer.

・We will inform you of the repair cost after examining the condition of the product you wish to repair with photos. When making an inquiry, please send us photos of the entire product you wish to repair and the damaged parts.

- Repair costs must be paid by credit card.

*We do not offer umbrella repairs. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding.
