Rice bran extract is extracted from rice bran, which is rich in skin-beautifying ingredients such as amino acids, vitamins E and B, polysaccharides, and rice bran oil. We use carefully selected stork rice, cultivated using the "stork-raising farming method*1" without chemical fertilizers or pesticides, certified as a Hyogo Anshin Brand (Hyogo Prefecture) or Stork Dance (Toyooka City), and we've developed this moisturizing ingredient. Stork rice bran extract is made from rice bran that has been thoroughly tested for pesticide residue and other safety features. Its moisturizing properties and anti-aging benefits*2 help maintain skin firmness and suppleness. Ceramide is the main component of intercellular lipids, essential for the barrier function of the stratum corneum, the surface layer of human skin. Ceramides are lost due to dryness and damage, and decrease with age. Rice bran ceramides replace the lost ceramides, retaining moisture in the stratum corneum and protecting the skin from external stimuli, preventing dryness and roughness and keeping the skin moisturized.
