Description
This hairpin is based on the motif of No-Face and the lantern that lights up the road at night, which appears in Studio Ghibli's popular animated film, "Spirited Away."
This hairpin features a scene of No-Face welcoming Chihiro and Zeniba as they make their way to her house, accompanied by a lantern. The top features No-Face's face, crafted using a Tenkage technique, with a lamp adorning the side. The entire brass lamp has been antiqued to a gold finish, creating a timeless look. The stem is made of wood, making it non-slip, so even those with thick hair can easily style it all with just one stick. The lamp has a simple, warm feel, and the unique finish of the stem itself resembles No-Face. This is a must-have hairpin for any Ghibli fan.
