Description
Introducing a new double-strand hairpin! This hairpin is based on the "Jeweled Branch of Horai" depicted in The Tale of the Bamboo Cutter.
The long and short hairpins are connected by a chain bracelet, and can be removed to be used as separate hairpins.
The motif of the jeweled branch of Horai is a fictional plant that is said to bear pearls on its golden branches. This beautiful fictional figure has been recreated using pearls of various sizes, natural stone beads, and gold leaf charms.
The chain bracelet is also decorated with leaf-shaped charms, pearl beads, and natural stones.
The stem is made of durable and easy-to-handle brass, so even those with thick hair can easily style it with just one. By tying your hair with the long stem and then inserting the shorter stem, you can create a variety of different looks. This is an easy-to-use hairpin that looks great with both Japanese clothing and casual clothes.
