Description
This vinyl umbrella is modeled after the kaleidoscopes that were popular during the Meiji period, also known as "hundred-colored glasses." If you peer closely, you'll see that it's actually scattered sushi! Delicious ingredients like salmon roe, shredded egg, and shrimp look as if they're about to start dancing.
This modern and beautiful umbrella features a bold graphic design on clear vinyl combined with the rounded silhouette characteristic of a deep umbrella. The dome-shaped design provides ample coverage all the way down to the shoulders. The handles are hand-joined by artisans, and the edges of the frame are beautifully finished. We've taken great care to ensure the umbrella maintains a slim form even when closed. Crafted with a unique yet elegant design, it can be worn with both Japanese and Western clothing. It also makes a great fashion accent.
