Description
Introducing the first double-strand antique-style hairpin, inspired by the luxurious silver teapot and cup tea set used by aristocrats.
This stable, spherical teapot is the perfect shape for making delicious tea. Its flowing embossed decoration, reminiscent of Victorian-style antique silver pots, creates a beautiful, feminine look. The lid can be opened and closed, revealing a playful little mechanism. The chain that flows from the spout of the pot is connected to tea-colored beads, as if pouring tea into the pot. The finish has a warm antique feel, creating a retro, nostalgic atmosphere.
The stem is made of durable brass, making it easy to use even for those with long hair. The two-strand kanzashi can be worn with the long stem, and the short stem can be inserted into hair held together with the chain at your preferred position. This kanzashi looks great with both retro girly outfits and casual clothing.
Designer's thoughts
In Britain, where tea is a popular drink, afternoon tea was established as a social occasion for women. It is a time to relax and enjoy communication. The design of the cups and pots makes such a time even more wonderful. We have incorporated the tea time itself, which is also pleasing to the eye, into our hairpins. We have focused on creating an elegant and cute silhouette, imagining a scene where you enjoy tea feeling like a princess. We recommend this for when you want to create an elegant yet unique look.
