Description

The Modern Family Crest Series features designs for new era family crests with motifs not found in existing crests.

The design features the beautiful curves of gold filigree, a technique that is believed to have been introduced from the West around 300 years ago. </br>Wajima Urushi Chopsticks are made without a base coat, using a synthetic resin paint for the undercoat and chopstick heads, and then finished with a natural lacquer top coat. The top coat is applied by hand by Wajima artisans, and not only the part that goes into the mouth but also the parts that normally come into contact with the hands other than the chopstick heads are all lacquered, giving them a luxurious feel. Furthermore, because they are not made with a base coat, they are extremely lightweight, making them perfect for everyday use. We offer three types of chopsticks, each with a black or red base that is easy for couples to use: gold lacquer, Takasago silver, and Takasago gold. They are perfect for yourself or as a gift.

[Kinkeshifun (gold powder)]
The design uses gold powder, a powder made from pure gold leaf, a specialty of Kanazawa, which gives off the refined, smooth shine that only gold can provide.

[Takasago Gold]
The design uses Takasago powder, which is pure silver that has been vacuum-deposited to create a gold finish. The coarse silver powder catches the light and sparkles. The more you use it, the more its texture changes, allowing you to enjoy the unique changes that only silver can provide.

[Takasago Silver]
The design is made using pure silver Takasago powder. The coarse silver powder catches the light and sparkles. The texture changes the more you use it, allowing you to enjoy the unique changes that only silver can provide.
