Description
The design incorporates kumiki (joint woodworking), a traditional technique used since the Heian period, using a deep blue color called "ai-tetsu," which has been widely loved as the color of "Edomae."
This 16-rib long umbrella features a bold, modern Japanese graphic design across the entire umbrella fabric. The handle is hand-joined by artisans to fit the 16 ribs, resulting in a beautiful seam. The handle is made of natural bamboo with strong knots, giving it a chic and luxurious feel. The bamboo is bent to create a comfortable grip and a charming silhouette. It also features an original plate featuring the brand logo. The ribs are made of lightweight, flexible fiberglass, making them durable and resistant to wind and rain. The black ribs make rust less noticeable, making this long umbrella both stylish and easy to use. It also features UV protection, making it suitable for use as a parasol in both sunny and rainy weather.
